Lake Placid Horse Show is off to a great start!! Chase and 'Massimo' won both the WIHS Hunter Phase and the WIHS Jumper Phase, making this team the WIHS Overall winner. Chase also had the pleasure of riding Peter Leone's young horse, Dynasty, to win the USEF Pessoa Medal and place 2nd in the ASPCA Maclay.
Alexa had an exciting start to her Lake Placid experience winning the Equitation 12-14 over fences on her horse, Alamo, out of a tough group of 24 riders. Alexa and Alamo were also 3rd in the ASPCA Maclay and 2nd in the High Childrens Jumper class on her horse, Thunderbay.
The weather is beautiful and the food is great. Another beautiful day in the Adirondack mountains!
